Elevator guide rail is installed in the elevator shaft or between the floor of two or more vertical or inclined rigid track, to ensure that the car and the counterweight along its up and down movement, to ensure that the escalator and automatic sidewalk steps along its tilt or horizontal movement, for the elevator car, counterweight device or ladder to provide guidance. From the definition of guide rail, guide rail is an important reference component of vertical elevator, automatic elevator and automatic sidewalk step. It controls the elevator car, escalator and automatic sidewalk step track, ensures the transmission of operation signal, and it is also an important part related to elevator safety and operation quality.

Definition of elevator guide shoe
The guide shoe is a nylon block that can slide between the elevator guide rail and the car, called the guide shoe. It can fix the car on the guide rail so that the car can only move up and down. The upper part of the guide shoe also has an oil cup to reduce the friction between the shoe lining and the guide rail. Each elevator car is equipped with four sets of guide shoes, which are respectively installed on both sides of the upper beam and under the safety clamp seat at the bottom of the car; four sets of counterweight guide shoes are installed at the bottom and upper part of the counterweight beam. The guide shoes fixed on the car can move up and down along the fixed guide rail installed on the wall of the building shaft to prevent the car from tilting or swinging during operation.
The comb plate is located at the running step or pedal entrance and exit, and is engaged with the step or pedal for the convenience of passengers. It is also a safety protection device for the elevator. There is a micro switch behind the comb plate. If a foreign object is stuck, the elevator can stop running. One side of the comb plate is supported on the front edge plate, and the other side serves as the fixed surface of the comb. Its horizontal inclination angle is <10 °. The structure of the comb plate shall be adjustable to ensure that the engagement depth of the comb teeth is ≥ 6mm.
The structure principle of buzzer
Structure principle 1. Piezoelectric buzzer is mainly composed of multi-vibrator, piezoelectric buzzer, impedance matching device and resonance box, shell and so on. Some piezoelectric buzzer housing is also equipped with light-emitting diodes. The multivibrator is composed of a transistor or an integrated circuit. When the power supply is connected (1.5~15V DC working voltage), the multivibrator starts to vibrate and outputs an audio signal of 1.5~2.5kHZ, and the impedance matching device drives the piezoelectric buzzer to sound. The piezoelectric buzzer is made of lead zirconate titanate or lead magnesium niobate piezoelectric ceramic material. Silver electrodes are plated on both sides of the ceramic sheet, after polarization and aging treatment, and then with yellow.
How to identify elevator accessories?
1., let the boss find a lighter to burn some defective elevator accessories. If the smell of the elevator accessories we see is different from the original smell, we should first understand what the original elevator accessories smell like before burning, and pay special attention to the potential safety hazards. 2. use your eyes to see if the elevator accessories are different from the original color of the real elevator accessories. If there is no original color of the elevator accessories in front of you, it means there is something wrong with the elevator accessories we see. 3. can touch with our hands and feel the smoothness of the elevator accessories we see when touching them.
