Clamping conveyor
The gating synchronizer consists of three grating‑plate platforms, clamping plates, a U‑shaped frame, and drive components, with a standard length of 18 meters. Its primary functions are to convey sand molds and facilitate pouring. The grating‑plate platforms are fitted with wear‑resistant strips made of 12‑mm‑thick stainless steel. The large surfaces of the clamping plates feature 5‑mm‑thick stainless‑steel wear strips, while the bottom of the clamping plates are equipped with 20‑mm‑thick, quenched 45‑grade steel wear strips.
