The pouring ladle is long and wedge-shaped, with a refractory lining inside, and is equipped with a tilting mechanism to facilitate the discharge of molten iron. It can be mounted on ground-level rails to extend the pouring reach.

Before pouring, simply set the molten iron weight per mold and the sand‑mold thickness, and adjust the position of the ladle spout relative to the pouring cup; the system will then automatically dispense the molten iron in a fixed quantity. It supports automatic positioning for pouring or linked, fixed‑point pouring synchronized with the molding line. During the pouring process, parameters such as pour rate, molten‑iron volume, and inoculant dosage can be adjusted in real time. This equipment is suitable for a wide range of casting production lines, including vertical and horizontal molding lines.
